Instant in downloads not working

Ok so I was at work today and ordered the CO AW for digital download, it says that it will auto start on my xbox one and can play it on the 3rd. But when I got home it has not done anything and I had to manually start it my self. I have always got updates
Ok, but this did not work... I use a pass code to sign into my account could this being stopping my purchases starting? Should I take this off for furture purchases?

Turned off INSTANT ON then FACTORY DEFAULTS ;/ 500GB to download WORKING FINE - FOR NOW...HOPE NOTHING CHANGE

Instant Sign-In not working

First try doing a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

The pass code sign in may be blocking the auto download. Perhaps next time try removing it before ordering a game online and see if it starts.

Just so you know, I do not have a pass code and a game I set up today auto started for me.

I have the Power Options set to "Instant-on". There is no "option to download games in the background", only "Automatically download updates". That's different... Having Instant-on did not work for me...

Via the xbox website and it will download the game even if your at work or school

i'd simply like instant on auto download to work everytime before this occurs.

Its the same serial number, it just doesnt make any sense that ive never had an issue with the Instant-On before I sent it in for repairs, now I am. I was afraid I’d have to send it in again. Ive looked a bit online on different forums, seems a lot of
people have the same issue.
