Instant Communication Ban for no reason

Gamertag : I just logged on today and I was on Youtube wasn't playing any games or anything and then I got a Notice of Xbox Live Enforcement Action today while I was On youtube what's the Deal with that. I was just on for no longer than 1
hour 1/2 of Watching Youtube That is not Right of what you guys are dealing with and I would like to get compensated for that issue that I just had if not I would like something in return for the Miss half issue of what was going on becuse again I get a 1
day communication ban for something I didn't do wrong at all and you guys are letting these Players Abuse thise system way too much which is getting really Upsetting.

You should go to the enforcement team's website for information where you can also submit a case review if suspension is eligible. If you really are sure the ban was unfair. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

I can't do that because it's a 1 day communication ban I get this a lot from sensitive players reporting me on Xbox Live over anything I say. There's nothing I can do but Thanks for the Help on that

what you can do is be careful what you say.

when you are talking to people you don't know in game chat or party chat it is best to never say anything that could be considered offensive or harassment as it could be reported by anyone who heard/saw the message.
