Instant ban because of some kid.

Was playing Call of Duty WW2 today, was talking to myself with Mic on, was telling my friend sitting beside me about how stupid it was that the game has female Asian soldiers fighting on the American side in Germany. Get a message
from some kid saying "calm down lul" I send a question mark, he says enjoy the ban. And I get a email from the infamous unreachable Microsoft "enforcement team" saying I am not able to use any form of communication for 30 days. His report and the email from
whatever horrible automated ban system that is constantly being abused by little trolls were seconds apart. I don't pay for 3 month subs to be banned for no reason by some flawed automated system because I am having a conversation with someone sitting beside
me. Can't talk to anyone, cant challenge the reports, This is THE worst customer service I have ever seen. I would say I'm glad I have multiple accounts that I can just switch over to and play on them but I'm actually getting sick of this enforcement team
crap. Can't say anything online without being falsely reported and instantly muted or banned. You really need to get this fixed and take better care that your customers are not being abused by angry little kids with god complexes. You seriously need to make
changes to this system. I'm 23 playing an 18 rated game with kids no older than 8 years old screaming and shouting. I say **** which is pretty big part of the Irish vocabulary and I get banned when these children can insult me to no end and get away with it.

Some kid banned me because I challenged him to 1v1 me in Rainbow Six Siege, I now face a week ban @ the tag of . Could you help me out Microsoft???

 

Reporting wannabe hack users

I do it all the time because so many people do it these days. If you get into any Call of Duty lobby in existence, you're bound to find a message or two from kids wanting to do hacks. Just report, block and if you feel like it, mute them too.

It's even worse when people offer money, I believe that's an instant ban or something.

 

Next time you should mute your Mic before saying anything that would be against the code of conduct which can be found here Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

You should be able to file for a case review by going to enforcement.xbox.com and the enforcement team will reinvestingate your suspension and see if they can lift it sooner.

That is the only way that you can get it lifted sooner on your account the enforcement team does not monitor these forums.

 

nothing I said was against the code of conduct. That's my point. It was a false report by some troll kid that instantly got all my communications taken away. Like I said, we were talking about the game character options and how they ruin the immersion. The
Mic is always on, I am talking to team mates. I am frustrated because I am getting punished by an automated system because an angry little kid reports me for the "lulz". The system is broken, I am not able to file for a case review.

Doesn't matter anyway. I have multiple accounts with gold so the mute was pointless and im not asking for it to be lifted, it's up on the 5th of May anyway. I am sharing my experience with the broken and completely flawed report system. the "enforcement
team" don't care what reports are legitimate because they don't investigate the reports.
