    Installing MS FS 2020


    Hi Folks,

    I bought the MS-FS 2020 on DVD's and installed it under my Microsoft-Account.

    After inserted the 25-digit Code the application wanted to download additional files

    but had not enough disk-space.

    So I changed the harddisk to a new much bigger one, istalled Windows 10 again and

    tried to install the flight-simulator on it.

    With my same Microsoft account and username it denies the Code with: This Code has already been redeemed.

    Ok, I bound this Code already to my Microsoft account but am not able to finish the install of the MS FS 2020.

    What is the solution to this Problem?

    Additional information is needed, please answer the following questions to assist you properly:

    Is this happening on Xbox or PC?
    If it's on PC, are you using Windows 10 or 11?
    If it's on Xbox, what console do you have?
    When the game crashes do you receive an error message / code? Or nothing?
    If you're on PC, are you experiencing this with the Steam or Microsoft store / Xbox app version of the game?

    And, what did you tried so far to fix this problem?
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
