    Hi. I've bought Minecraft from the Microsoft Store but can't install it.

    Every time I try, I get an error message saying "It looks like you don't have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account."

    But I am signed in with my Microsoft account, and the device is listed in my Microsoft account.

    I can't find any direct support from Microsoft (email / chat / phone).

    Any ideas?

    Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition runs specifically on Windows 10. If you would like to play Minecraft on Xbox One, you will want to take a look at Minecraft:
    Xbox One Edition    . If you would like to install the Windows 10 version of Minecraft on your Windows 10 PC, sign into the account that originally redeemed the code and download through the Windows Store.

    Did you buy "Minecraft" or "Minecraft for Windows 10"? "Minecraft" is the console version and it sounds like it's looking for a console to install it on.

    Can I use my Microsoft account to install Minecraft on my PC?

    If you have Minecraft Bedrock Edition for Xbox One, then you would be able to use that to install Minecraft from the Windows 10 store and play yes. Is that what you're asking for? Should be able to get it from the Windows 10 store and searching for Minecraft.
