Installing Minecraft Launcher crash with code 0x80070490

When I try to install new MC launcher update, it immediately crash with code 0x80070490

A work around is to install the Minecraft Legacy launcher so you can play until its fixed

If nothing of these helps, you have to reinstall Windows. All of your personal data and apps won't be deleted. Don't forget to uninstall MC Launcher. Reinstalling can take several hours.

My two cents.

Out of sudden started to happen yesterday. Removed gaming service/xbox app/Software Distribution folder, ran full update on win, reinstalled xbox app and the rest of stuff, tried to download standalone installer, tried to install using xbox app, tried to install previous launcher from July. Nothing. Nada. Always the same 0x80070490
