Installing halo reach error

My lad got a game today and installed it and proceeded to play the game on his xbox one console...however when trying it in my xbox console.both the same type...my console says "something went wrong, please give it another try. If this happens again, go
to xbox.com/xboxone/multiplayerchat for troubleshoot help. (0x80190193)"

However all im trying to do so far is get the game to read and install. It doesnt seem to want to find the disk...but my xbox have never done this before.

Ive tried performing a hard reset of the console already.

Hi there.

To be honest woth you i didnt try any other games on my console. I simply told him to go and get his console from upstairs and use it downstairs instead.

I do know that my console picks up the disk which was left in (modern warfare) as i nevwr take it out.

I also noticed there was another person with the same issues installing backward compatible games too trying multiple disks etc.

Are any other games giving you issues on that console? Did this only just start today with that one game?

It happend to my halo 4 disks later it said error cant read disk.I installed it to my hard drive then cleaned the disk, now it works and make no sound try it with your halo reach.

halo reach is not that size.

halo masterchief collection base launcher game is approx 25GB then reach installed takes it to about 39GB as you can install each game as needed.
