Installing game help

Hi I've installed battlefield 4 and the updates for it when I go to play the game it instantly takes me back to the dashboored and the the battlefield 4 screen has the background on I click on it again takes me back to dashboored I've re installed the
game 2 times now power turned of the console and still nothing does anybody have any solutions?

If there wasn't enough free space, it wouldn't allow the installation to even begin. Usable space is not the issue.

Hi, I would recommend checking the amount of available storage on the hard drive to see if that may be the issue

Sorry to hear you have issues playing BF4.

I woud recommend you do the following:

- Reset factory defaults for your Xbox One ( Go to settings , system , then reset) , this will erase all profiles , games and DLCs on the Console , but will not affect your online saved games on the cloud.

Once done , power the console again , remove your internet cable (if wired) , and If wireless disconnect wireless from network settings.

Then Install the games offline.

Once install is completed , reconnect console back to internet to download necessary update.

try clearing the cache. Go to settings, storage, hdd, press y button, and select clear cache then restart console. after the console restarts try playing the game again.

I have a similar problem when I try to download a game, when I reach the 70/80 % the download Stop, and when I go to My Games list the game isn't there...I'll try to clean the cache so I'll try to solve the problem with this.
