installing game again

Hi so my madden 20 game was not loading up so i uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it but the game doesnt show up in my "ready to install tab" if i go to the store it says i own this game and i try to install it but nothing happens how do i fix this?

There's been a service alert up for the past 12 hours or so. That is probably what's causing this issue. You can check the current status here

There’s been a service outage since yesterday around 4pm, which they just fixed early this morning. You could be experiencing problems from that. Please try and perform a power cycle or restart your Xbox to see if that helps.

{Parity}

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

In your games and apps there is a ready to install section. The game should be listed there and you would re-install it from there.
