    Installing does not work


    I've tried to install multiple games using the game pass, however, none of the are working. I continue to get the error code, 0x80073cfc. I have tried to restart my computer, sign in and out of xbox, uninstall and reinstall the app, and nothing seems to
    work. Please help if you can, thanks!

    Sorry for the confusion I am under the impression that you just reset the console keeping games and apps because 0.7% for free storage is a bit low.

    Are there any third-party accessories plugged into your console? An external hard drive, keyboard, and mouse, or third-party headsets? If yes, kindly unplug them.

    No, I only connected the power cable, HDMI and the controller (this being wireless).

    Is it possible that the problem is with the software and I need to return the console to the store?

    It seems like a very big problem, considering that after I press 'INSTALL' it doesn't give me any error, just the window disappears.

    I specified in the description. I don't have any games installed because I reset it thinking that would fix the problem.

    I did powercycle, same problem.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Can you please try uninstalling one game and then trying to install this game?

    Also, please perform a powercycle on your console before testing it out again.
