Installing breakpoint

Hi,

I bought Breakpoint today on a CD, and when i put the disc in the xbox one S, it said that the console had to upgrade so it did but now when i’m playing the console just shuts down randomely, there are no errorcodes showing at all. I have tried with other
games bit they all have to upgrade with the same result that the xbox just shuts down. May it be a bug with the upgrade becasue it has never happend before with the former upgrade

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hey,

It should show up in your ''ready to install'' tab, if not try going to the Store and searching for the beta through there.

I had the very same with Ghost Recon Breakpoint where the Store search was the solution.
