    Yes, anything you purchase is tied to your account and can be redownloaded.

    Anything you purchase or redeem on your account is tied to your account. So you would just redownload it from your download history (360) or your ready to install list (One).

    fixed it by rebooting the system, holding down the on/off for 10ish seconds
