installing an account downlad game to xbox 1

hiya ive bought a game for my xbox but its not a redeem code, its an account download, where I put in the login details of an email address and password into the xbox , then I can access the game in the ready to download install section and download it to
my xbox. but I cant find where to log the email address in...... the address seems strange too as its @outlook.in (I did check it wasn't outlook.com, but the seller has assured me its outlook.in) can somebody please help me and tell me where the log in screen
is please, or send me a screen shot of it. ive tried logging the details in where you would sign youself in but that hasn't worked.

I can connect to xbox live but it wont downlad the profile

Content taken off the marketplace?

I had bought sacred 2: Fallen Angel around 2 months ago. I deleted it from my console for storage purposes, and now i went to downlad it again and it was up in the marketplace? If I can't downlad the game again they basically just took my money and ran=/
I want to play my game!

From what I'm gathering, it sounds like you purchased an account that was believed to have a game attached to it? If that is the case, I would like to take the time to notify you that this is against the Code of Conduct. You can see here from this excerpt
from Xbox Live's Code of Conduct:

"Don’t engage in fraud or unauthorized transactions. For example, don't:

-Lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide third parties access to your accounts or Gamertags

-Access or attempt to access accounts that you do not own

-Purchase memberships, games, gift cards, account credit, or content from unauthorized parties

-Attempt to use or share fraudulent methods for getting memberships, games, gift cards, account credit, content, or hardware

-Use your account to trade services or in-game content for memberships, games, gift cards, account credit, or content"

Unfortunately, it sounds like you intended to purchase an account rather than a game. Please be sure to read up on Xbox's Code of Conduct found in full

I was able to get these games to work. Apparently, updating did not actually happen because the profile I created was not connected to an Xbox Live account and the update I downladed and put on a CD wasnt the latest update.

if they are digital games, you'll find them in your ready to install section on xbox one and from there you'll be able to downlad them. If you have the disc, just insert it and the xbox one will start downloading the game. Remember that only backward compatible
games work on the xbox one https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backward-compatibility

Try to update the game maybe it needs an update or check to see if there is another pack ypu half to downlad in the xbox store
