Installing a game on devices

So I bought a game on the xbox recently (Mirror's Edge Catalyst), and i'm trying to download it on my pc because I already have it on my xbox. So I go into the download page, and it says I own this game, so I press install on my devices. But of course,
the only device I see on there is my xbox, so I press my devices, and it says I have 3 devices on there, my xbox, my laptop/pc and my other device. I'm trying to download it on my laptop/pc but it's not showing up!!!!!! Please help!!!!

The version you're looking at would only be for the Xbox One console which is why it doesn't give you the option for your PC. You would need to purchase it from the Microsoft Store app if it's available or somewhere like Steam if not in order to play it
on the PC. Since that game is not a
Play Anywhere title, you would not be able to download it for free on the PC just for owning it on the Xbox One.

just to be sure, are the games installed on the internal storage device or an external storage device?

If they are installed on an external storage device, please try and see what happens if the game is installed on the internal storage device and the external storage device is disconnected.

Hi, make sure the second device is your home device, if not then the games may or may not download but you will not be able to run them. This goes across PC and Xbox one consoles.
