Installing 100% ERROR...

I've had the pro edition pre-installed for weeks now and as soon as the game goes

live, my game says ......"Installing 100%" and just sits. It does nothing else. Has anyone

run into this and is there a work around? If I have to re-download this game it will be the

last digital download I do on the xbox as this was my first experience.

Installation Stopped!

G'day Rager! Sorry to hear about the issues with installing your games and apps. It's pretty strange that it stops at 100%. Is there any error code along with that message, or the option to see more info on the error? Are you able to launch the game/app
after this happens? It sounds like this has happened with both disc-based and digital media. Was there any difference between the two when installing?

 

Help! CoD Ghosts won't update!

Their is a new update for cod ghosts and whenever I put my disc in it says "Updating...100%" and then just suddenly pops up with "Installation Stopped" it does not say why the installation was stopped, and when ever I click try installing again it goes
to updating 100 % again and gives me the error code "0x80070570" PLEASE HELP!

 

Don't feel bad - I have the physical disk and it wont install. Just sits at installing for a while and goes back to queued, over and over.

 

Try pausing it and hard booting your xbox (holding down the xbox symbol on your xbox until it powers down fully.

 

I can't pause it as it's just stuck on the "updating... 100%" and not doing anything else.

 

f__king annoyed right now about brake something i spend money to buy a game that isnt even gonna work

 

Ok, so I tried the pausing and did a reboot. When I got back in and restarted it, it went back to 100% Updating...

 

I agree this is complete bullsh*t xbox needs to get its sh*t together because if you pay 60 freaking dollars for a game you should be able to play ut when it comes out

 

well then that means you'll have to un-install and re-install the entire game. im having the same issue so youre not the only one.

 

Does anyone from Microsoft ever comment on these threads or is just left to peer to peer problem solving and I'm better off going to reddit?

 

same 100% so i deleted it and started fresh...did anyone try play it while is was in stalling did the first mission when it was like 30% not sure if its the reason.

 

so on a side note, the only option was to uninstall and re-download which comes with the added bonus of moving so slow it should be down in a day or two. I will never be pre-ordering digitally again and will be advising everyone and anyone I know of this
type of problem and the lack of support given to this type of problem. Figures the first time I drink the microsoft koolaid I end up as part of the massacre.

 

I'm in the same boat. I have not had issues with pre downloads previously. NO I AM NOT IN THE PREVIEW PROGRAM. The full 46GB is on my hard drive, but it is redownloading the entire game. With my connection I'll be lucky to have it done by tomorrow night.

I'm having this error too. I have the day zero edition. As soon as it hit midnight eastern time I was eligible to play it , but mine says its updating and it says its 100% complete and its been siting like this for a hour now. I don't know what to do either.
