    Installed version won't work/allow to be played


    Hi all.

    I've got the Xbox One Minecraft Edition - meaning that Minecraft is already installed on the system - and after resetting the system to factory settings due to a mixup with our accounts, we can't go on to the game because it keeps coming up with this message:

    "If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you purchased this online, make sure you are signed in to Xbox One. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to get them from the Microsoft Store (0x803f8001)."

    This makes no sense because the game's already installed. I'm aware that the Team Together update is needed in order to keep playing but even then, when we try to install the update via the online store, it keeps coming up with the same message despite attempts
    to sign in. Does anyone know what the problem is and how it can be solved? Thank you

    Gears of war 3 not compatible?

    MW3 version downloaded on xbox live market

    To 'Taidara' : indeed, when i installed the game from xbox live market, I was prompted with a message to download an update and I've installed this update, otherwise it won't go further and i won't be able to reach the multiplayer menu as I will be disconnected
    from xbox live. The problem is that the update is only appropriate for the disc version of MW3 and it doesn't work on the downloaded game (Fr version).

    Is there a way to get my money back from xbox live market as they sell a game that doesn't work ?

    I don't understand. It won't allow me install the game on the app and I can only do it when my xbox is on and it says I need to repurchase the digital version.
