    Installed games not showing up


    I downloaded games from the xbox app on my pc. They have always showed up on the left side where the installed games are up until a week ago. Now i can not access any of the games on the hdd. The hdd works just fine. Any suggestions?

    Thank you for responding Josef, I am running Windows 10 and the game is Sea of Thieves. I tried looking for folders with excessive size but I am not finding anything.

    Installed games not showing up

    Welcome to Xbox Community Forums. We appreciate for sharing your concern with us and we hope that you are doing well today.

    We understand that you have encountered issues installing games which as per description it is not showing up. Let us check on this together and sort this out. We will assist you with your concern and help you back to gaming.

    In order to sort out the root cause of the issue, and to provide you accurate resolution, we would like to know more details about it. Kindly give us additional information by answering the questions below.

    1. Can you please tell us what games are affected?
    2. When did the issue started?
    3. Have you updated your PC including optional update, to the latest version?
    4. Have you updated Games Services / Xbox app?
    You may do it by these steps.

    Solution 1: Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app

    1. Open Settings.

    2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.

    3. Look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it on the right side.

    4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it

    5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to the default setting.

    Solution 2: Try reinstalling the Gaming Services package on your Windows 10 device:

    1. Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

    2. In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

    Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    3. Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and try again.

    Please try this: (if one doesn't work proceed with the next)

    1. Turn off delivery optimization

    Press Win + I to open Settings.
    Open the Windows Update tab in the left pane.
    Click on Advanced Options.
    Scroll down and click on the Delivery Optimization option under Additional options.
    Toggle the switch for Allow downloads from other PCs to turn off Delivery Optimization, after that restart your PC and check your storage

    2.
    Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

    Click Check for Updates;

    Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

    Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then reset

    Then do the same for the Xbox app:

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then reset

    Finally do this:

    Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

    Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

    Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

    Check again your storage

    3. May I know if you already tried running the disk cleaning tool and the storage sense tool?
