    I have tried hard resetting my xbox and removing my account from my xbox i can play the games i have installed but only if i go into the store and search for them i cannot browse the games i own.

    yes i am on the installed and it is filtered to show all.

    Try doing a factory reset keeping all games and apps. go to settings>system>console info>reset console

    i do have a HDD but the games that are not showing up are the ones installed to my xbox and they do not show with it plugged in or unplugged.

    are you using external HDDs if so unplug them, completeley shut down the console and unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug back in, turn on and add the externals back
