    Installed Gamepass games on PC taking forever to launch (not launching)


    Gamepass games that I installed on my laptop aren't getting past launch loading screen. Left one loading for 15 minutes and the game didn't launch.

    Using 2019 Macbook Pro running Windows 11 via Boot Camp. The games are not demanding games and I have been able to run games that I installed before.

    you get that error because gaming services is not installed or updated, gaming services can only install and launch on standard pc architecture and not arm based devices.

    the xbox app requires gaming services to be installed to be able to download most xbox app games (gamepass games).
