Installed game will not play or unintall!!??

If I may ask, what is the exact error that you're experiencing whenever you're trying to play the game?

Also, if this game is on your external hard drive please unplug the hard drive then try to install the game on your Internal Storage. Keep the hard drive unplugged and before reinstalling it perform a power cycle on your console.

Yes and i even tried unintalling the whole game. Thanks for tue help though!

i have same problem. however had to unintall and reinstall MP disc to get MP to work. I want to play campaign again

Usually you need to logout the app and then restart the device, after that log in again, if that doesn't work try unintalling the app and install it again
