    Installed game not showing in Games on xboxOne


    I purchased a game and installed it on Xbox one. It is not showing in my games under the games and apps section. However it is showing as recently installed under the queue section of games and apps. I paid money for this and can,t play it. Can someone
    help please?

    Hello does anyone know why the xbox 360 games that are backwards comabitable and owned are not showing up on Micorsoft XBOX webpage ?? unders game and xboxone and PC games ??

    Installed game not showing in Games on xboxOne

    Hey there, OllieDuley

    Please can you find the game in Xbox Store. Do you see the option to download it or launch it?

    If not, please restart your console by pressing the Xbox Guide button and selecting Restart Console. Then when the console has switched off, please turn it back on and sign into your Xbox Account. Hopefully the game should be in your Games and Apps section.

    You may wish to check your Purchase History by visiting: https://account.microsoft.com and signing into your Account and selecting Purchase History on the front page. Then see if the game is visible there. If it is, then we will look at removing the Account
    and re installing your Account back on your Xbox Console which should sync everything from the servers that hold your Account.

    The issue is that he bought the trial, not the game and trials don't work on back compat.
