    Installed game is not possible to play


    Hi! My son wasn't playing with the XBOXONE for some month. First we had to change the password, because he didn't remember, it was easy. Now he wanted to use it again, playing FIFA. The game is installed, we can see it with the other ones, which are working,
    but not that one. Does somebody has an idea, would could be happend? Thank you, Nicole

    Hey there! It's almost sounding like that console doesn't have the hard drive necessary to play. Can you please confirm that it does indeed have an HDD installed, and that it is an official Microsoft one? If not, then I'm afraid it will not be possible
    to play the game on that system.

    Maybe try uninstalling it and reinstalling it again. Not sure if that will work but it's worth a try.

    Were You installing the games or updating the games? Sometimes when You are installing games It says It's possible to open It, but it's not possible to play the whole game, You would have to wait, I suggest You to wait 'till the game is totally downloaded.

    Sorry for my confusion. But it is also not possible to install the game on Xbox even if you have it on PC as the game is not in the Play Anywhere list.

    No. That's not possible. If the games support Play Anywhere, you can install them through the Microsoft Store app or Xbox app and play them on PC.
