Installed DLC Issues - cities skylines

I am truly sorry to hear about this. Please try the following to try rectify the issue.

1) Hard restart the console (Unplug from the power socket and leave to rest for about one minute then reboot the console and try again)

2) Make sure you have enough storage available

3) Uninstall all content related to the game in question and then press install all. (Although this is time consuming, it is the most effective solution.)

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to play

Cities: Skylines - Natural Disasters, as the game will not start.

Do you own the full game of Cities: Skylines - Xbox One Edition?

If not, the reason being that Natural Disasters is only an add-on for the full game, and the full game would need to be purchased in order to play this specific DLC.

Cities Skylines seems to not be a Xbox Play Anywhere title, so you'd have to buy the DLC again for the PC version.

They haven’t been released yet. If you read the description it does say yours to download as they release which means once they get released for Xbox you will be able to download them. Hope this helps
