Installed add-ons immediately un-installs

Thank you for the help but as I am writing this, I solved my problem literally a couple of hours ago.

I tried all of them but none worked unfortunately when trying to solve it. It worked when I went into the in-game store to download available dlc's. Not at first but after 9 times of downloading and re-installing from the in-game store, it magically worked. I have no idea why or what caused it, but I digress.

Anyway, thanks for the reply and hopefully it might help someone in the future with the same or similar problem.

We understand that you are experiencing issues with the installation of the Collection 1-4 DLCs for Modern Warfare 3 on your Xbox Series X.



To resolve this issue, I recommend that you try the following steps:



1. Clear the cache on your Xbox Series X. To do this, press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds. Once the console has turned off, unplug the power cable from the back of the console and wait for 10 seconds. Then, plug the power cable back in and turn on the console.



2. Check your internet connection. Make sure that your Xbox Series X is connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable. You can check your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Network settings on your Xbox Series X.



3. Delete and reinstall the DLCs. To do this, go to My games & apps on your Xbox Series X, select Modern Warfare 3, and then select Manage game & add-ons. From there, you can select the DLCs that are causing the issue and choose to uninstall them. Once they have been uninstalled, you can then reinstall them.



4. Check for updates. Make sure that your Xbox Series X and Modern Warfare 3 are both up to date with the latest updates. You can check for updates by going to Settings > System > Updates on your Xbox Series X, and by going to the game's main menu and checking for updates.

I’m having the same issue I have multiple add-ons that I’ve uninstalled themselves in Mortal Kombat X in Mortal Kombat 11 it says they’re installing and then they uninstall themselves immediately afterwards it says when I’m installing them that they are
a wb games update Well showing the ad on icon saying they’ve been installed and then immediately goes back to needing to be installed again right afterwards

un install your profile and add it again, if not contact support.
