Installazione impossibile da effettuare [Installation impossible to perform]

Salve, avrei bisogno di aiuto riguardo a un gioco per X-Box One. Il gioco in questione si chiama "Evolve", questo problema giunge nel momento dell'installazione. Ho un fratellino che si diverte a frugare tra i dischi quando non sono a casa, sfortunatamente
ha graffiato sia la parte superiore che inferiore del disco così impedendo la lettura del gioco dall'X-Box. Avevo gi scaricato il gioco in precedenza ed effettuato della partite su di esso tuttavia avendo una memoria pari a quella di un pesce mi dimenticai
la password dell'account dovendo così crearne un altro (non contenente il gioco installato). Volevo sapere se era possibile scaricare la versione digitale dal Microsoft Store, X-Box mi reindirizza automaticamente allo store portandomi alla pagina di download
del gioco digitale. Sfortunatamente mi è impossibile installarlo anche da lì. Soluzioni per evitare di dover ricomprare il gioco?
