    Installations on PC


    Is there some reason that Xbox and Microsoft make it impossible to talk to an actual Human Being regarding issues? They sure as anything happily take the money off of you for things, but when help is required with a product/service you are paying for, they
    sure as hell are not around to help out.

    Paying for a Ultimate Game Pass subscription, yet shockingly no games will download from the Microsoft Store, or the Xbox App for PC, and i have tried every conceivable way to get it to work. I first made sure that all Updates were up-to-date, no change,
    then uninstalled the app, and reinstalled, still no change, and finally did a Factory reset on my computer, and what a shock, no bloody change.

    I have a 1TB memory space, and great specs, more than enough to run the games i would like to play, yet still no change on being able to download the damn games.

    If anyone has anyway of contacting Xbox Support or Microsoft, let me know, as i have searched all over the web pages for it, and shockingly, no bloody human contact available. Absolutely shocking service from Microsoft and Xbox, but that's no surprise from
    them.

    It can not be installed

    I assume you are trying to remote install a game from your Xbox app on PC. Usually when it fails to install it will show you an error below the install button.

    Can you open Store app on your PC and search for the game there and try to install from there? Also, try restarting your PC.

    The error does not refer to the fact that you already have it installed on another PC but that there is already an installed version on this PC, try first to install from the Microsoft store on the C drive please

    Since your Xbox one can't run it installed you need to have a pc with the specs to run it

    You need to install the Game Pass for PC app to install games from Game Pass on your PC.

    Hope that makes sense :)
