Installations keep stopping

Hi there, I seem to be getting a lot of issues with downloading some updates,keeps telling me that the installation has stopped (more than once sometimes) thought it was connection issues, also some of my digital games won't start either when I try to
load them. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling them, deleting other games to free up more space but nothing seems to be helping any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks

Try clearing the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with your installations stalling out. I recommend that you troubleshoot this issue using the solutions available in our support article entitled Troubleshoot
game or app installation problems on Xbox One to get everything gonig back in the right direction.

Alternatively, I'd further recommend trying a
soft factory reset to the console to remove any potentially damaging files that may be on your OS. Just be sure to know the log ins for your profile (email address & password) before trying this step as it'll remove your profile(s) from the console.
