installation trouble

My xbox one tells me that my CoD advanced warfare is 100% installed, but i cant play it and i dont why.

i've been playing arkahm knight so my xbox isnt the trouble.

please help...........

Trouble With Installations

UPDATE:

Forza 5 did in fact finish installing this time around. It hung up at like 92% and I had to enable my internet connection again and re-try install from that point a couple of times. Installation completed, now it is downloading updates.

So maybe my Halo MCC disc is messed up? I still find it really strange that I've had problems with just about every game I ever bought for my Xbox One.

Trouble With Installations

Ok so I got home earlier with Halo MCC. Powered up console, put disc in and started install. Got to like 3% and I got the 'installation stopped' message. Immediately I remembered having the same problem before with a couple games, the last one being Forza
Horizon 2 which seemed to fail at different times when I would cancel and restart install. Eventually I got it to work by trying it again and again and installing it offline.

I tried the whole uninstall game, disconnect from internet, reboot system and install while offline crap with Halo MC a bunch of times now. It stops at 3-4% like every time it seems. No visible damage to disc. I even did a factory reset of system and lost everything...
it still wouldn't work. I'm not impressed.

After it failing again when I did the factory reset I tried to at least install some games I had on before which worked fine... got to 49% with Forza 5 and surprise... stopped installation. Did the offline/reboot thing with it as well.... nope.

So my disc drive is ***? I barely use the thing, my PS4 being my main console. I use the Xbox for exclusives. Looks like I wont be using it at all.

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it until it shuts down to see if that resolves the issue?

i did what you tell me and i also restarted the installation and it worked, thank you so much

It was on my Xbox 360, I have not tried it on my Xbox one yet. no errors just that the disk cant be read. all my other 360 games install fine

Are you trying to install this game on Xbox One or on an Xbox 360 console? Are you seeing any errors when the installation stops? Are other games installing without any issues?

I can see that you are having trouble installing Fallout 4 on your PC. This error code usually indicates that you do not have the required permissions to access the game files or folders. To fix this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store app with the same account that you used to purchase Fallout 4.

2. Right-click on the Start menu and select Settings.

3. Click on Apps and then on Apps & features.

4. Find Fallout 4 in the list and click on it.
