Installation stuck on Halo: MCC.

So I have some issues with my Xbox One on the Masterchief Collection. I'm sure everyone knows about the 19 GB update for this game and as it was updating (it got to about 24%) my friend accidentally uninstalled the game. So, now when I try reinstalling it
it gets to about 16 GB then stops, which leaves me with only Halo: CE and Halo 4 along with all Halo: CE multiplayer maps. And believe me, I've tried everything in the book. I would cancel installation then take the disc out and restart. Didn't work. I turned
off internet and tried installing it that way. Still didn't work. ****, I even cleared local data and it STILL didn't get past 16 GB. And it says every time, "Installation Stopped". I heard it's because the update is stuck within the system and it's a hard
drive problem. If this is so how do I fix this? Or do I just re-buy the MCC? HELP!!!

Games not Updating

I'm having the same problem, but no digital installation works for me either. They all freeze. The updates get to 99% but digital full game installs get to random numbers consistently (Halo MCC is stuck on 14% each time I try for me)

 

Come ON M$! tell us....

I wonder how big of a download/installation Halo: MCC will be?

Make sure that there is no content installed for the game under Games & Apps, if there is please remove it. Once it's removed, power cycle your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still not able to install the game after this,

Hello, and thank you for your reply. Unfortunately it didn't work. As you told me I went to Games & Apps, cleared all partially installed data on the MCC, and when I tried holding down the controller for 8-10 seconds the controller itself turned off and
nothing happened to the console. So instead I just selected Restart Console from the sidebar. So I did this and when I tried re-installing it it still gave me the message "Installation Stopped" at exactly 16.47 GB. I did this all offline by the way. If I'm
supposed to do this online please let me know. Thanks!

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble! Are you able to try installing while connected online? Also, are you installing to your console's internal storage, or are you using an external storage device? Let us know
