Installation stops at 0% for digital downloads

Hello.

I have recently run into an issue with my xbox one, only a few days ago. I was playing all of my games just fine a 3 days ago and I got online and found out that a game such as Fortnite is now corrupt. (Not the only game I have an issue with)

I have tried everything I could find on xbox.com and everything suggested from the error codes I have received.

I’ve tried power cycling, removing my account and adding again, troubleshooting my network (had a double NAT for a bit but now its fixed), have cleared local and local xbox 360 storage. I just don’t know what to do at this point. I appreciate any help!

Hello Carbon,

Being you done most the troubleshooting for this issue, as support will have you do this also. We recommend to do a full factory reset where you delete everything. Reason for this is due to games being corrupt, this will also reset the console to factory
default.

When you select the reset, select reset and delete everything.

work, you should contact Xbox Support and let them know what is happening. They have the technical resources to resolve the situation I'm sure!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to install your game.

If you are having this issue, we do have an article for what to do if your digital download fails here at

Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One.

Another trick that I have found to help in this situation could help as well.
When you get a chance to goSettings>Disc & Blu-ray>Blu-ray>Persistent storage
and clear it 3 times. After doing that, go to
Settings>Network>Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address
and clear that alternate MAC. The console will say it needs to restart to apply the change, so let it do that and then try to download your profile again. It basically clears the console's equivalent
of cookies and refreshes your internet connection to the Xbox without you having to put a password.

I just attempted this and it still stops the installation immediately
