Installation Stopped

My Xbox is a an XBOX ONE S and I've recently been attempting to download a couple of games on it. It gets part way through but then stops and says "Installation Stopped". I have tried almost everything to try fix this issue.
- I've Hard resetted it with turning it off and unplugging it
- Removed and added account
- Factory Reset (Keeping everything on it tho)
- Cleared Local Saved Games

- Tried downloading it to my internal storage rather than the external storage

And still Nothing. I am unable to do anything with the wifi or router as I'm a uni student living in accommodation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had exactly the same problem copying games off of a backup disk. It would just stop copying. The only way to start it again was to restart the box.

Now I've got the games loaded performance is dreadful. Wolfenstein just keeps freezing, it's unplayable.

It could be that an update is causing the installation to stop. Try taking the console offline for the duration of the disc install to see if that helps (delete the current install before you try this)

Did that and also unplugged the power.. it's farther than it's gotten all day so hopefully that's a good sign. Thanks

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps solve the issue?
