Installation stopped

Discus and support Installation stopped in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have COD: advanced warfare disc, trying to download it and it keeps stoping at 5% and says "installation stopped". I have COD: advanced warfare disc, trying to download it and it keeps stoping at 5% and says "installation stopped". I have done all sorts of resets and back up to hard drive etc. I have to a clue why it won't install? Help please. How do I download it?
