I had the same problem with the same error code. I updated to the June update and the issue went away. I had mine set to manual update. Had to tell it to update.

Yeah I have the same issue. Came home to the Xbox One and was already updated. Tried to download Halo a couple different times and it will get stuck on 99 or 100% and then say "Installation stopped"

I hope MS gets this fixed asap.

I downloaded Max before the june update and the download stopped at 100%. After I got the june update it is still stopping the download at 100%. I've tried everything from clearing the systemcache to the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool. Nothing helped.
Support told me one last option would be to reset my console, but that's never going to happen.

 

Go to settings, blue ray, and clear your persistent storage....then go to network, advanced settings and clear the alternant MAC address, you console will restart itself and that should solve the issue, it did for me.

 

Same exact problem. Titan fall stops at 99% since the last game update and for some reason my COD DLC maps wont play either (This all after having to purchase a second copy of COD and all it's DLC). Says there is a disk error (no disk but the HHD).

Just picked up an external hard drive to see if that will fix anything. My internal hard drive is also really noisy and annoying. I can't play a game without headphones or else i get a headache from the whine.

 

Tried every thing but my Ghosts season pass wont install.

 

I had the same problem but after calling microsoft i got it working. If you've already tried powercycling(hold power button for 10 sec) you could try a factory reset, but thats gonna delete everything. The way i got mine to work is by deleting my save for
the game on the console but NOT the cloud. After deleting it just powercycle again and it should work

 

i have this problem, i tried all the solutions but it didn't works. when i bought call of duty i have a lot of problems can't run the games and install it, it comes from time to time i don't know why

 

Me too. Trying to reinstall previously purchased DLC. All MS will do is say sorry and offer 2 weeks free gold. Same $#!+, different day.

 

I am having an issue installing wolfenstein. it stops at 49% and keeps stopping the installation. What can i do
