Installation stopped (XSX)

The game has never worked on xbox series S. If u google or search in reddit u will see many whom have encountered problem. The game crashes series s after 5 seconds EVERYTIME. cant even start creating a character. I wrote microsoft last year... Told me to write insomniac. Wrote insomniac.... Told me to write microsoft. My first xbox ever and im sorely disappointed.

Cancel/remove the game from your download queue, clear your console's MAC, restart your internet devices and try again. If you are using an external hard drive try installing the game without using the external hard drive connected to the console or the console's internal memory.

Follow this path to clean your console's MAC.

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address>clear console will prompt to restart.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

Hey man, from what I hear the crashing seems to not be a wide spread issue, my problem is that I can't install it on any xbox console including xbox one, xbox one s and both the series x and s. It seems to happen with other games including Assassins Creed Unity, Watch Dogs, Titania 1 just to name a name a few. As to your issue, have you tried power cycling your xbox?
