Installation stopped when trying to install 7 Days to Die

When i tried to load up the game it told me that the files were corrupted and i needed to uninstall and reinstall the game. I uninstalled it but now when i try to reinstall it, it just says "installation stopped" over and over. How do i fix this?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If I may ask, is this a digital game or a disc game?

If this is a digital game, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, kindly unplug the console, perform a powercycle before attempting to install the game again, keep the hard drive unplugged.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

These methods didnt work. If it helps when I was installing it again it made the "average reading disc" sound, but when it gets to 7% the sound stops and the installation stops.

I get the same message when trying to buy 7 days to die.
