Installation Stopped when trying to download update.

Okay, I have been trouble shooting this problem for 9 hours with no solution. I have to believe it is on microsoft's end, and not my end. The update I am trying to install stops dead every time at exactly 12.2% downloaded. There is no problem with my internet, as I have now downloaded this same 12% at least 10 times. The second it gets to 12.2% my download speed goes from 60Mbps to 0, as if something is throttling the speed but I have disconnected all other devices from the network and confirmed with my provider that there is no issue downloading large files. I am beyond frustrated.

Things I have done to troubleshoot:

-checked xbox live status

-cleared local save files and local 360 files

-power cycled 5 separate times

-manually changed DNS settings to google's public server

-fully reset my xbox one

-uninstalled the game and reinstalled at least 15 times

-installed the game offline and then updated

-disconnected all other devices from network

-changed storage settings at least 10 times (i have 75GB free on internal storage and 1.4TB free on external storage, so this 20GB update should not have any problem in the first place)

When I check on the download it gives me error code 0x87e00005. According to the system it says "network issues try again later" but as previously stated there is not any real issue with my network, as even immediately following this message I can check network connection on the system and it says everything is good to go.

I have done everything I can think of, and everything the internet tells me could possibly fix the problem. The only possible solution I see at this point is to throw my xbox out of a window.

i've same problem with ryse , install offline & a new problem , offline install stuck in 97% and after 10 min installation stop & when try reconnect and try downloading update the persent going on 90% and begin download update and after 2hour stuck in 93%
and then again stop installation , any one have this problem?

I tried installing digitally but it won't, it just says downloading through network then stops about halfway. That's why I bought the disc, I though installing through disc and not network would work but the console is stating it needs an update to install and play. I click on the update and once again when it's about halfway through it just stops. I think it might be the update so I want to try and download the game without the update but I don't know how.

Before i start this post please say “bruh” so i know your not a bot thank you so my problem is everytime i try to download black ops 4 the disk downloads but when it says it needs a update the game it keeps stopping at 7% and it keeps saying installation

No worries... If u have hard drive connected remove it first then try to install. . One more convenient and best way to install the disc is to just insert the disc and when it asks if u want to install and update together .. In that option just use install
and update later option. . Let the game finish installing and update the game after that... I too had few problems like that and this process solved it.
