Installation stopped on XBOX One X

I have been playing and installing games on my Series X no issue but my child has my older Xbox One X and within the last two days any game he attempts to install will randomly quit with an installation stopped error. I have been through the threads and tried all the typical solutions like power cycling, trying a different network connection, resetting the xbox, clearing all the cache data ( clearing all data on the game install and trying again, clearing MAC in network settings. So far nothing is working to fix the issue. Started with MK 11 and now any game we attempt to install. Has anyone found an official fix or a consistent solution?
