    Installation Stopped, Need Help If Possible


    Hello insiders, I am currently trying to reinstall Black Ops 3 onto to my xbox 1 and it installs to 4.70 GB(ready to start) out of 44.73 GB then stops every time. I remove the disc and put it back in and it doesn’t work. Same thing with restarting the console. I cleaned the disc and it works on other consoles but it won’t install in mine even after uninstalling it and trying to reinstall it. Any advice as for what to do to get it to finish installing?

    I also need help, it starts installing and stops about 75% of the way and tells me I need to install it.

    I try to re-install it but it repeats the process.

    Attempting now. I just cannot possibly fathom why it’s this one title that’s causing this issue. And I’ve seen reviews dating as far back as 2019 that this game doesn’t download at all.

    And it didn’t work, again.

    Installing, installation stopped. Installing, installation stopped.

    Happens for 4-5 times and then stays on Installation stopped. And when I hit resume it INSTANTLY says installation stopped.

    I’m just gonna have to call Microsoft, aren’t I? You’re being as helpful as you can, and I appreciate it.

    Same issue! Attempting to update game... Installation stops for unknown reason. Stuck at 20% Game needs to finish installing or show ready to start before it can be launched. Try to update again. Item attempts to install and stops again at 20%. @xboxlive
    help immediately needed!

    My problem was solved by support, basically, you must factory reset but keep your games and apps, it worked for me

    Quick update, i've just attempted installing watchdogs, it was going fine as i was installing offline, but, it stopped at 12%. Now its doing what happened to COD:AW, i will press install again and it will go for a few seconds and then fail again.
