"Installation stopped" immediately when trying to download a DA2 DLC

Can you unplug your external hard drive. Then do this

- Go to Settings > System > Storage.

- On the Manage storage devices screen, select: Clear local saved games.

- Restart your console

Afterwards try installing the game to the internal drive. Don't plug the external drive yet. If you don't have space on the internal, move some games to the external first before you begin.

I've tried everything it says to do, but it still says installation stopped. Although now it says it immediately when I try to download my game. Is there any other solution to this problem?

My game won't download at all. When I put the code in, it got to the queue. After everything in the way of it gor installed, the download stopped. I cleared the system cache multiple times and the download immediately stops every time.

Same issue here. I'm on Act 3.

I've followed the support steps, and now DA2 wont install, yet the DLC will.
