    Installation stopped for Call of Duty


    So, I received an update for Call of Duty Modern Warfare this morning and I went to install it and I would encounter this bug where it wouldn't show my download speed and it would just say Installing... and my percentage would get stuck.

    So, I tried everything from hard resetting my xbox, factory resetting it, and turning off my xbox turning off the router and then turning it back on and nothing seems to work.

    Currently, I am no longer receiving an update for Call of Duty instead my xbox thinks that I have uninstalled the game and need to reinstall it just because I canceled the update.

    Lastly, I can't even install that i just keep getting installation stopped with it as well. If i have to reinstall it that's fine but being stuck in this infinite installation stopped loop is not fun whatsoever. My xbox GB number hasn't changed at all so
    i think it is still installed but unfortunately I cannot play this game currently.

    Just wondering when this will get fixed?

    My xbox GB number hasn't changed at all so i think it is still installed but unfortunately I cannot play this game currently.
    once you start the installation of a game it reserves the required space so even if it has only downloaded 1%, your Xbox will say that it is taking up 100% of the space it requires.

    as for the patching and the infinite downloading/installing, hopefully Activision will figure out the problem at their end and put out a working patch soon.
