: "installation stopped" error
Hi,

I have recently started to get an installation stopped error on zero percent for game updates. I have noticed apps updating fine but games are not. I have reset my xbox and router to factory setting but still experiencing the problem. I disconnected my connection
to my router and connected via hotspot to my mobile phone connection and the games started to update! I had to disconnect due to data usage. Anyone able to help as to how I can get the downloads to work via my broadband connection. I have done the network
tests via the settings menu, my NAT type is open and I'm getting 20MB download speeds. This is not a new connection but one I have used for the past 6 months with no problem. Any help would be appreciated.
