"Installation stopped" during games downloads

Thanks a lot for the tip! I tried it, but it doesn't work, the download continues to stop and restart, and I can't download my games. Is there anything else I can try or is it impossible to solve?

Yesterday there were some issues with Xbox Live services.

Can you try again today and check if you are able to install your software again?

Thanks for reaching out again and for the reply. I'm sorry that the steps gone through so far haven't resolved the problem, I would say that it would be best to next try resetting your router while the console is unplugged.

Have you tried perhaps connecting to another network as well?

Generally, problems that deal with installing new content or connecting to Live stem from problems with internet setup. When you get the chance, try that and let us know if that helped.

If it does not, you might have to consider trying a full factory reset as a possible solution next.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your games installing as intended. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening a thing to deal with, but hopefully we can help you get back on track. I suggest trying
the steps outlined in Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One at your
earliest convenience.

If that does not do the trick, try going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick troubleshooting step.

When you get the chance, try those things and let us know if that helped.
