Installation Stopped (downloading game from store)

Hello,

I am trying to install Forza Motorsport 7 from the Xbox store onto my Xbox one.

This game used to be on this console till I removed it for space reasons.

I now want it back.

The issue is, it will download to exactly 148.26mb 0.2% then the download speed will completely stop, and the game with show "installation stopped" and keep jumping between that and downloading.. but not actually advance it's download.

I have 3tb space, 500gb on the actual console itself.

No issues with my internet connectivity.

There are no issues with downloading any of game or app.

I have contacted support who told me to download 3 demos, deleting the Blu-ray persistent storage, turning off the Xbox and completely unplugging it for 3 minutes etc.

Still no joy.

I've attempted install to external HDD, and internal HDD, no difference.

I've removed my external HDD, no difference.

Selected to download the game from the store, and from the ready to install page, no difference.

Signed out, signed back in.

Multiple power cycles.

I've reset the whole Xbox, and started fresh, no difference.

There must be an issue on the Microsoft side of things, as I can download and install, update, stream, etc with any other app or game no problem.

Anyone got any ideas??? As short of throwing it out the window I can't think of anything else.

Installation Stopped

I'm downloading Fortnite Battle Royale again because I accidentally uninstalled it, anyway I'm downloading the game and stopped at 67.4% and said installation stopped and then proceeded to download another game that I was downloading. What is the fix?

 

Battlefield: Hardline on Xbox One can't download.....

I ordered this game Saturday night via Game Store. It will not download, I keep getting installation stopped. I have Verizon Fio's 75/75 Quantum Speed and I can download everything else with no issue. Why is this not downloading? This is pissing me off!!
