Installation stopped at 4% - Halo Master Chief Collection

Installation on Xbox One of MCC.

Have tried everything. Spoke with Xbox support over a week ago. Completed deinstallation, clear local saved content, cleared BR persistent storage, another cold boot but start in offline mode and try install. Still no good.

Did receive occasional message saying disc could be dirty but it's clean and not a scratch. Also replaced the first disc with the store but still no good. Noticed tonight I saw Game Installed 62GB but this was a SECOND game icon next to the one that had
stopped installing.

I'd be happy to swap for a digital copy just to get through the installation - something's not right.

Any ideas please. I'd love to get this working and love my XB1 but this isn't any fun.

Add Halo 3 to Xbox One

Halo 3 is part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection which consists of Halo 1 - 4.

Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
One to be able to download the game.

Halo The Master Chief Collection. Because Halo 4 is there and in the future will have Halo Reach.

Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.
