Hi how to fix xbox one installation stopped at 100%

nothing, 100% installation and nothing, installation stopped....

Solution

To resolve this problem, check that you’re signed in to your Xbox Live account on the Xbox One console. Additionally, you’ll want to check that you’re connected to Xbox Live.

You can test your connection by following these steps:

Go to the Home screen.

Press the Menu button on the controller.

Select Settings.

Note You can say “Xbox, go to settings” from any screen, but you’ll need a controller once you’re on the Settings screen.

Select Network.

Select Test network connection.

If the test confirms that you’re connected, try launching the title again.

It has also been suggested that if your console is not currently set as your Home console you should do that as well.

And xbox one write " installation stopped"

I have a gold for 14 days.

 

You need a full Gold membership to download the Games with Gold games. A trial membership will not work for that.

 

I have full gold and am getting this same issue

 

Is your gamertag set for the same region (country) that you physically live in?

 

Had a power surge, and when it came back on, both games finished. Thank you for taking the time to help.
