Sorry to hear about your issue with app installation. There are a few people who have recently had this problem, and as @Njal the Blue recommended, there seems to be some success with resetting the DNS/MAC address and then power cycling your Xbox. Hold
the power button for at least 8 seconds to turn off the Xbox. Unplug the Xbox for at least 10 seconds. Turn everything back on and restart. Let us know if this fixes your problem.
