Installation stopped

Hi All,

I have an Xbox one X and for about two months now the box/Live is very moody. Or it's my profile or the box.

I cannot finish downloading anything that is a game. Completely random points of the installation will stop and trying to resume will not work. If enough was downloaded that i can start then it will tell me there is a problem with the service and I should
try again later. The service is all good and it never works.

The weird thing is I can download and use apps without a problem (Netflix, Youtube, LesMills etc.).

I have spoken with MS support and I have reinstalled with a factory reset, I have cleared local saves, the blu ray drive data, alternative mac address etc. I have even cleared the box and done a fresh install from USB (by by start up animation). Nothing
works.

I don't want to have to spend hours on the phone again to get nowhere.

I have never tried using a disc as I don't own any and don't want any.

At the moment it is an overpriced streaming box. Can someone at MS maybe check that everything is ok with my profile? My Gamer profile is very old and has moved several countries as well as have purchases tied to it. Or offer me some kind of solution?

Try eco mode see if that helps

Tried that Rebooted into e205, then e101, e102 and E105.

Had to unplug and install from USB. It's safe to say the box is for the bin. It'll never be right again.

I had a similiar thing happen with my scorpio edition X kept loading into the troubleshooter and not booting up when it did ganes wouldnt install or update properly, thought my HDD’s were knackered, went through support and while they were very helpful
nothing helped. Then i put it on eco mode instead of instant on and havent had a problem since. Dunno if it was a coincidence or not but was doing it for bout 4 months. Try sticking it in eco mode ya never know might work for ya

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Can you run a detailed network statistic test and post the information here on the forum. Go to network settings> it is on the right column second from the bottom.
