Help my halo 5 delux digital Not dowloading in my console now install error 0ex87 0000f

 

I am with internode and am getting the same error with Halo 5 preload. Had the problem with Forza 6 but a physical disc install solved the problem. I do not want to have to buy a physical disc of a game I have already bought just to install and play it.

 

Been doing some research into this problem and I have just tried changing DNS to google's. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 So far all seems good. My halo 5 preload restarted without a hitch and my ping has also decreased.

 

Guys I'm with iiNet and can confirm that changing my DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as suggested by Helmann seems to be working!

 

trying to install gta 5 which i bought from the console and it gets to 3% and says installation stopped. im with iinet and am not sure if this is the case, if anyone knows feel free to message me

I'll try the DNA thing. I've been having the problem pretty heavily since around March. It's mildly annoying. I kind of assumed it was my .3mbps speed, but I've got 80mbps now and is still an issue. Hmmm... strange indeed. Hopefully is resolved in the
NXOE Update.

 

changed my dns to 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 and gta will continue to stop at 3 percent, please let me know if there is another step in this procedure. cheers

Did the google dns 8888 8844 got to 24% got the error message installed turned off everything reconnected started the download stopped at 8% .

 

Update. The problem persists and I don't feel any closer to a solution. I tried the DNS thing people have mentioned and nothing.

I come with this update to say it's happening during my Console Update now. Keeps saying something has gone wrong, and to try again. Sometimes it continues where it left off, sometimes it restarts the whole update. I know it's not my Xbox because as stated
in my Original Post, it's the brand new Halo 5 Console. I've seen some people mention that it's a space thing? Like if you have "X%" space left (I have 51%, but about 80% on the actual console with some number of % left on my External), your installs will
fail.

I've heard reports of deleting games to make room, then install the games you want. I shouldn't have to do that if I have the space. What's the point of having so many terrabytes of space, if once you use (For me, only a Terrabyte) and it starts to act all
wonky? I don't. I just wish I knew why it was doing this.

Can you clarify which ISP you're with? Also, to see if there's any change have you tried downloading the content through a different network to see if there's any change with your download? Let us know what's up when you get a chance. Wanna help get this
