    Installation stop

    exact same issue ~3 days now but stops around 22% at ~9.3GB.

    Sorry to hear you're having Difficulties installing, Do you have an internal and External HDD?

    I'm only asking as I had the exact same problem when I tried re-installing after I bought an external har drive

    if so set your internal HDD as the default drive for new to do this go to settings ->console -> Manage storage then set <internal hddname> as default install and hopefully this should work Installation stop help? :)

    Excuse the question but is your game on disk?

    If your game is on disc, delete it from the console.

    If you have a cell phone or tablet, download the app called Xbox.

    After downloading the Xbox app, sign in with your account.

    Look for the app store where you just downloaded the GTA V game.

    Look in the app that you just downloaded the GTA V game and click on download.

    The download will start on your console.

    After completion, insert your disk and play.

    Hey again Volterized!

    Your wireless strength is quite low and may be causing disconnects that prevent you from completing a download. Can you try disconnecting your Xbox One from Xbox Live and install the game from the disc while offline?
