    Installation Reset With Update


    I finally got my hands on Halo 5 and before I went to bed last night the game's installation was at 50%, and this morning when I check my game I cannot access it outside of the game hub. This update's already getting on my bad side by that alone. I took
    the disk out, put it back in, and find the installation was completely reset! It dropped from 50% down to 30%!

    I've been wanting to play this game for two days now! This is NOT acceptable! It's bad enough that games take up half of my day to install alone, now this! Maybe I should give up on Halo and Xbox and check out what Sony can offer me install of the BS Microsoft
    has been doing to me lately.

    Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

    this latest update reset all my settings. just had to reboot after getting the update installed.

    Games Update Problem

    I tryed it.

    I installed the game with internet and without internet, same issue.

    With internet i have to choise for update late or at same time, with late choise the game installed well by the disc, but when i try to update i got "installation interrupted" and the other option to install wille update i got "installation iterrupted" right
    on 0%, i do the hard reset and same.

    Installation of Witcher 3 : Hearts of Stone DLC stops with code 0x87e0000f

    Install the game without updating until the game completes the installation, then install the update. It should help.
    Thanks for replying Jurgen, I already get the latest updates installed even after I fully reset my Xbox. Tried both the resets; one with keeping my games and apps and other without keeping them.

    The problem seems to be when you accept the update before installing. If you delete the game, reset the system, then start the install again and say "update later". Let the game fully install, then get then get the update.

    If you reset the console or stop an update, it will delete the install as its been corrrupted by the update not completing.
